REFLECTOR: Crash

Hello Guys,

    Has there ever been any comprehensive data collection about the causes of "in-motion" failures in the Velocity line-up of aircraft?   I know experimentals are unwieldy for this type of data because they're all a little different, but do we even have information on the categories; i.e. pilot error, airframe, engine, propeller, etc.?
