REFLECTOR: wheel pants

Seems like there was only about a 10-15 kt increase between fixed gear and retract. I flew with and without wheel pants on my LW fixed gear and saw no discernible difference

  I am curious about the difference in cruise speeds with and without wheel pants. I installed the original factory wheel pants, the wide type, and say no gain in airspeed. Does anyone have data on this and any recommendations as to the best type?
