REFLECTOR: wing attach bolts

After 13 years of building, I'm not sure where my wing bolts have been. 
I don't know if it matters if they were hammered on, or used for other
temporary uses.

Just to be safe, I bought a new set that will be installed before first
flight.

We need to remove the wings anyway, because we forgot the tiedown
points.  I specifically didn't put them on earlier to keep from hitting
my head on them.
