REFLECTOR: prop vibration t est

Johnny,

Would this testing include strain gauge testing, or is that not what is 
considered vibration testing?  Does one instrument the engine, or does 
the prop get instrumented as well?  If the engine is smooth (no bad 
vibes), then does that mean the prop is also under no vibration?
