REFLECTOR: Velocity Acquired by Rocket Racing League

I spoke to Scott Swing a little while ago and confirmed the above. The deal
is "mostly final" in that papers signed and some money has changed hands.

He and Duane (and others) are contracted for 3 years and it his option
afterwards. He maintains that there should be no changes in the company,
from the perspective of the builders, other than possibly having extra cash
to pursue additional development projects.

I encouraged him to post some sort of "release" to the Reflector.
