I haven't bought it yet but I'm looking at the #205300 
Gems sensor

It's 12v, 1/4npt, and outputs when DRY. (that means you 
get an output when the sensor is dry)
They make them in 12v, 5v,  several differant fitting 
sizes, and output dry or wet.
