REFLECTOR: sump tank.

If you use the GEMS prism sensor, you will realize that it can only sink 
around 20ma or less.  That is enough to drive an LED but not an 
incandescent bulb or an annunciator.  If anyone is interested, I have a 
small circuit board (approx 1" x 3") that uses pluggable terminal blocks 
for all of the connections and uses a low-current relay which provides 
either a NO or NC dry contact that will easily drive an amp.  I've 
already used it with the GEMS sensor in my plane and it works well.  I 
design circuit boards for a living and I just tacked this thing onto 
another project.  I have a number of the boards that could be made 
available assembled or unassembled for a very reasonable price.  Will
