REFLECTOR: Fuel Sight Gauge Hose

I would be hesitant about hardware store hose. I did the same thing and the
avgas deteriorated the hose in a short time, less then 1 year. I smelled gas
but could not determine it's origin. When I filled up one time I found it!
The tubing was broken at the upper end spilling fuel all over the interior.
Thankfully it happened on the ground! Purchase the tubing that is
appropriate for fuel. Just my 2 cents, but from the voice of experience.

I just use the clear plastic hose from the hardware store.

Change it every 5 years, when it just starts to cloud up.
