REFLECTOR: Fuel Sight Gauge Hose

Jorge,
Try rubbing the tubing - gripping it in your hand - I've observed the tubing looses some of its yellow color and becomes more clear.

  The hose of my kit's fuel sight gauges came rather yellowish.  Although still not in use, this seems to have progressed over time becoming somewhat darker and opaque.  Is there some other hose out there that is resistant to fuel and retains transparency or are we stuck with this type?  Thanks.
