Thanks Ronnie. Which Nylo-Seal did you go with the 1500 psi or the 2500 psi?

  I used the Nylo-Seal tubing from Aircraft Spruce due to it's higher pressure ratings and improved servicability over the factory supplied Nylaflow tubing.  I also used about an 8" length of aluminum tubing for the connection at the caliper to reduce the chance that heat would soften and blow out the nylon tubing.  I found a supply of the same brass fittings at my NAPA store.  

  I never had an issue with the threads in the master (clutch) cylinders.  Some have reported that the 1/8" NPT isn't correct, but after 4 years and 360 hours I haven't seen any leakage.

    My VEL is down for repairs and since it is about twelve yeas old I have decided to replace the old plastic brake lines with something newer. I have been looking at the NYLO-SEAL in ACS. I have never used it before and am a little concerned about the plastic NYLO-SEAL fittings that will go into the brake calipers. Will they stand up to the heat? What are you guys using? What size? Any tips will be appreciated.
