Hey thanks, Ronnie.  Malcolm thinks they'll be fine from here on out too.  I
burnished them a little and added some Vaseline.  I'll let you know some
time in Jan maybe after the holidays.  I forgot to put in the damn antenna
lead into the XM rec'r that I set on the carnard top!

Terry,

Mine works great too.  Like Al's - very quick to remove and a little longer 
to put them back in.  I did create some guides to find the holes in the 
above canard bulkhead by piling up some micro around the hole to make them 
easier to locate.

By the way, mine were tight to begin with, but with time and some lubricant,

they are very easy to remove and reinstall.  A suggestion for those 
considering installing these hinge pins - use the formed instead of forged 
hinges.  They have a little more slop and make it much easier for the pins 
to be removed and inserted.  The forged hinges have tighter tolerances.
