REFLECTOR: Fuel efficiency

Al,

Thats quite impressive.  I was close to that with an IO360, tuned 
exhaust, somewhat tuned injectors  and Lightspeed Ignition.

I didn't think you could do that well with a rotary,  they have come a 
long way..
