Darrell,

Have you left the doors open for extended periods? Have they been installed and closed?

What has been suggested to me is to close the doors - and get some heat on them - to relax them - now exactly the best way to do that...on the ramp under the sun...?

John

Subject: REFLECTOR: Tight door latches

When I first got my fast build fuselage (with factory installed doors) the latches worked pretty good. When I hung my engine, they got a little tighter but still acceptable. Now that I have both wings on, they are very tight to latch and unlatch. I can move them but my wife can't budge them at all.

My only idea at this point is to turn down the pins down 0.010" at a time until they work better.

Any better ideas or tricks out there?
