REFLECTOR: Phase I airport

In my case, I built at Sebastian, at the service center. When I was ready  to 
do the test flying I was allowed to do it within 40 miles of Lake Wales, FL,  
which was nominally 40 miles form Sebastian. By conicidence my home airport 
is  Sebring, FL, though it was not within the radius from Sebastian. That let 
me fly  off all my time at Sebring, so long as I stayed within the 40 mile 
circle around  Lake Wales. How is that for a cooperative FAA guy?
