Check the tightness of the cross bolt thru the keel.
That was always my problem. Do you have the upgraded
sandwiching plates that create the bushing?

There is a very small amount of looseness of the bore over the bolt, but
that has always been there.  I have the original glassed in bushings, and
that is all tight.  I had been flying with about 12# tension (drag) on the
fork, and it had possibly loosened just a bit more; so that is likely why
the shimmy occurred.  I'll keep it a bit tighter - until I have a chance to
work on my idea for a solution.  Lowering the air pressure to about 25 psi
may help as well.
