REFLECTOR: HOW FAST? - Flutter

We must take into account that at higher altitudes,
the angle of attack increases so the aerodynamic on
the structure is different.(I.E. the lift points are
different?) We know that affects the stall speed so
perhaps it also affects the flutter speed.
