REFLECTOR: slick start and traffic alert system

I have a Monroy traffic alert.  It doesn't indicate direction, just distance and relative altitude.  It gives audio alerts so you don't need to keep in your panel scan all the time.  It works well but as with all of these gadgets the other guy has to have an operating transponder for it to work.
