REFLECTOR: Cookout at Sun n Fun

I had first engine start early last year; and expected to be in the air
*last year*. Do any of you guys know how bad it is to hear chatter like
this? It's all of you ... The Carnard De Mayo, Tailor 100 Race,
Sun'n'Fun, Oshkosh ... wait, that one I have a chance of flying to.
</sarcasm>
I've got the fever to get into the air. Problem is my schedule is full,
and getting time to work on the airplane is getting harder. I had a
great engine start three weeks ago, and identified a very specific set
of things to complete before next start. 1) Order a part, 2) rebuild
the barrel valve with new part. The part finally came in last night.
But I won't get a chance at another engine start until weekend after next!!
