Kevin, I went with a HID/Xenon replacement from Knot 2U. Expensive but worth it 2 me. I think it was $450 + shipping. I keep it on all the time, it burns cool with a low elec. drag. First evening landing a lineman said the airplane looked like a Citation coming in :) Karl N202VA 325+ Hrs
