REFLECTOR: Seat Assembly

I started to assemble the first seat last week. After drilling the hard 
points and attaching the hardware I noticed that the sides of the seats 
are not at a 90 degree angle so the attach bracket is skewed which make 
the hinge hard to use. I am thinking of heating the glass and re flowing it.

Anyone else had issues with the fiberglass seat shells and what 
solutions you are used?
