At Sun-N-Fun, Dynon said the D100 (the large EFIS), was the only one backlogged. I ordered one and got an estimated ship date in July. 
There is one place that tends to stock some, Pacific Coast Avionics. They even have some on ebay. Spruce gave me a slightly better deal
and since I had to wait on JPI engine monitor I opted to wait.
