REFLECTOR: pitch Trim

Let's simplify things.  If more trim is needed at cruise, then down trim, elevator up, is needed
and reversing the strainer will help a lot.  If more trim is needed for takeoff/landing, then up
trim, elevator down is needed.  I haven't heard of that happening, but if so, reversing the
strainer would not help.
