I thought he said he needed more down trim...  That would make the elevator 
go up...

Fully understand. I read Lou's post to mean that he
wants to be able to make the trailing edge of the
elevator go further "down" (which is actually "up"
trim while flying). If so, then reversing sparrow
strainer will make his situation worse.

Lou, did need the trim to make the trailing edge of
the elevator go further down or that you actually need
more flying down trim (trailing edge of the elevator
up)?
