REFLECTOR: pitch Trim

Using the sparrow strainer as a positive angle of attack trim tap, helps to 
push the elevator up and hence gives more down trim as you go faster...  
It's self adjusting for speed...  I use 20 degrees of positive angle of 
attack on the sparrow reference the cord of the canard...

Not to mention that turning the sparrow strainer
around would only make Lou's problem worse...

When he says "down" trim it sounds like he wants to be
able to make the trailing edge of the elevator go
further down (which is actually "up" elevator while
flying). Adding a spacer between the actuator arm and
the trim spring should do the trick.
