REFLECTOR: 173 RG... Blue light

It signifies that the gear pump motor is operating.
The blue light should (of course) be illuminated during the gear-up and gear-down cycle.
It is also normal for the pump to operate from time to time (maybe every 15-minutes) for a short burst (a second or two) to boost the pressure that may have dropped from the internal bypass of fluid (due to worn seals). Anything longer or more frequent means there is a problem that must be resolved.
What's happening with your aircraft?

This may be a dumb question,... but !!
What does the blue warning light on the Retract Gear switch mean.
