I am happy to report that another pile of parts was assembled and took
flight for the first time yesterday. It has been stated on the reflector
many times, but, WOW!! What a feeling you get when flying an airplane you
have built for the first time. It's amazing how many years of building are
instantly rewarded in a 30-40 minute flight. The airplane flew straight and
level and the engine temps were all good. More flights to come when the
temps return to the 20s which will hopefully be this weekend. Keep
building. The reward is indescribable.
