REFLECTOR: Turbo heat was Re: Aileron Cables(Fire-sleeving)

I'm turbonormalizing now.  I don't have plans to make any boost until a 
few hours into flight testing.  No boost, no heat.  So far the 
temperature dots like the ceramic coating.
