REFLECTOR: Sump Tank Delay

You can get a 12 volt on-delay timer/relay  from McMaster Car  also I
believe Digikey sells electronic on-delay devices as well.

Does anyone have a simple circuit to stop my sump tank light from flashing?
I can seem to put the right words into the search engines or find it on the
archives.
