REFLECTOR: epoxy pump ratio

Of course it was the check valve. Since this seemed to be the only thing
it really could be.  I was suspicious that the resin was being  shorted
I decided to try again and see if I could see backflow in the resin
reservior.

Well I couldn't see backflow but it was obvious that the U-bracket that
is a spacer for the spring on the check valve was not seat properly. I
stuck a long screwdriver in and popped it into place. Voila now I get a
0.45 ratio, much better.

Looking at the U-bracket and how small it is and the spring on it
it is hard to believe it unseated in shipping. I suspect it never
was assembled properly.

I'm glad I checked the ratio before building. Looks like tomorrow
will be an epoxy day after all.
