What would be a good alternative for a constant speed prop?

Talk to Craig Catto.  My fixed pitch Catto cruise prop gives me about 1500
ft takeoff roll on my SE RG at 1825 lbs and D.A. of about 3500 ft.  From a
rolling start (maybe 10-15 kts) to 60 kts in about 6 seconds.  That's with a
260 hp 3-rotor rotary engine.
