REFLECTOR: VGs

I've searched the archives but wondered what the current take was on the
best VGs.  I see CCI's VGs of polycarbonate at $0.50 (supposedly sun
resistant) and the Velo Factory VGs at about $0.10 (not sun resistent
and become embrittled in about 2-3 years from UV exposure).  So, who's
got the greatest/latest idea for the best VGs?
