REFLECTOR: Severely rough-running Franklin

See- those Franklins are so temperamental- they need sparks in the correct
order, they need fuel- next thing they will need air for combustion
too.........

Another thing to check since "it just will not go beyond a few rattles 
and shakes", would be to check to make sure your fuel shutoff valve is 
open.  The person running my engine at the last engine run, whose 
initials are "Mike Deeter", did this.  Talk about perplexing.  The 
engine didn't run very well in that configuration either.
