REFLECTOR: MT Restriction Range

I have an MT prop that has the operating restriction range (2250 - 2550 RPM). My engine has been balanced and blueprinted, so it runs pretty smooth. Does anyone have a similar setup or any knowledge on this issue? I would like to tailor my prop operating limitations to my particular engine if there is any way to do that.
