You might look to automotive sources.  Some racing tire gauges would be
very accurate in this range.  Other than that, Grainger has an extensive
listings.

Subject: REFLECTOR: Low pressure small guage


I recently purchased and Aerox panel mount system to deliver Oxygen from
my SkyOx tank to 2 quick connect outlets mounted on the panel. The
Manifold is connected to the tank via a low pressure tubing down stream
from the SkyOx regulator. I want to put a low pressure gage in line so I
want to see that there is pressure in the line even when I am not using
the cannula. Anyone have any sources for a small low pressure guage
(5-15 psi)
