Thank you for your posting I agree with it all.
But the question is would you or I sign off the annual as save  condition for 
operation when we know the AD applies to the engine or  prop?   
I hope you will give me your FAX number.
I don't have a scanner.
I hope you will post this recent letter from EAA concerning Operating
