Hi Scott 
Please read FAR 43.1(b) "This part does not apply to any aircraft for which  
the FAA has
issued an experimental certificate.
Please note there is a exception.  Your operation limitation par 6.  should 
state "no
 person will operate this aircraft unless within the preceding 12  calender 
months had a
condition inspection performed in accordance with FAR 43 , appendix ( that  
is a check list)
and found to be in safe operation".
