REFLECTOR: Foam and Epoxy

Interesting discussion given the long history that I am aware of; Jeff is
right in that there was advice given in the past that the use of a slurry
was preferable to using raw epoxy in terms of protecting the foam.

(yep, would love to get to the Velo symposium Milt....any spare seats from
LA or San Fran to Texas?...really do need a shot in the arm to get me back
