Interesting discussion given the long history that I am aware of; Jeff is
right in that there was advice given in the past that the use of a slurry
was preferable to using raw epoxy in terms of protecting the foam.
Great to have some ratifying comment from a credible source - thanks

(yep, would love to get to the Velo symposium Milt....any spare seats from
