REFLECTOR: Aircraft Condition Notice

John,

I would think that "operation in an unairworthy condition violates FAA regulations" on the record might make filing an insurance claim a real problem and might even void your insurance or allow them to refuse to insure. I know that anything placed in FAA files tends to stay there forever.

John,
Please let us know what you find out. I also have an IVO (not flying yet.)
Do you have the electric adjustable? If so, may I ask what spinner you are
using.
Thanks,
Joe
