REFLECTOR: Rudder hinge pins

Ledgend has it that some cozy guy sells an improved version of the
rudder hinge pin so black AL shavings don't run back and stain the
rudder.  It's a nylon or goretex sheath wrapped around an ss rod that
fits in the kit provided hinge.  Anybody have a lead on that?
