REFLECTOR: Another shimmy story...

If it is set up properly, the nose gear strut should not rotate on the
pivot bolt. Rather, the bolt should rotate with the strut, and the movement
should be in the side bushings. There is an oilite bearing in the bushing
where the rotation should take place.
