REFLECTOR: Nose door cylinder repair kit

DAVE,

It is all in the adjustment. The doors do no "spring" closed until the
gear is inside the compartment. To adjust it, simply slide the bracket
on the strut up or down.

Every part needed was purchased at Home Depot (except the eyelet bolts,
which I got at Aircraft Spruce).

Looks to me as though the biasing springs on the side hold the doors
open until they are forced shut by the mechanism.
