REFLECTOR: PROP OVERSPEED

My first guess without any other information is you have a problem in 
the governor. Possibly a bad bearing or bushing on the 
flywheel/butterfly that prevented it from expanding which would have put 
too much or to little oil into the prop. Maybe it was a spec of 
something that has now washed it self through and now sits in your filter?

A large(very large) bubble of air could do it, but can't think of how 
that could occur.

A collapsed external oil feed line to the governor, as in an Cont. E225, 
you prob don't have one of those though?
