REFLECTOR: PROP OVERSPEED

Hey engine geeks!  What are the probable causes for a constant speed
prop to over-speed to around 3300 rpm ... then suddenly snap back to the
correct "governor" speed?
Only happened once for a very short time (less than a minute).  However,
I want to be sure I check all possibilities.
