Well ... yes.
The ice reference goes through it's own amp.  The TC goes to an amp 
where they are mixed.  From there, that goes through an amp to the 
outside.  Lot's of amps, lot's of gain and offset opportunites, so 
glorified op-amp.

Very adjustable, very flexible.
