REFLECTOR: Dual throttles

In one of Bingelis' books, he mentions using a "mixer" type design for 
dual throttles.

Picture a see-saw.  Mount two cable ends to where the seats are.  Mount 
the carburetor cable to the center.

I'm not sure if it was an idea, or if he actually used it.  My throttle 
body has a three inch throw, so that see-saw may need to be quite large.
