How about just adjusting the incidence of the canard- not making it
adjustable, just changing it fro this particular aircraft- seems like it
might be a tad out of whack......
That was my thought also. Alan Shaw would tell you to set the incidence of
the canard so you would have full, or nearly full forward stick when you
were max level speed at sea level, with only the pilot in the plane.
