REFLECTOR: Canard incidence

The variable sweep of the Starship's canard was to maintain the relationship
when the lift of the main wing was changed by FLAPS.  The other approach to
this problem (used by Rutan on the Grizzly) is an interconnect between flaps
on the canard and flaps on the main wing.  
Most of the canard community doesn't get to have flaps, because it we don't
want to have to rig and maintain a complex synchronized interconnect between
lift-changing devices on the two wings.

Hum-m-m; that would be a good reason to have variable incidence canard -
