REFLECTOR: What happened to the velocity views

I guess my point was that the paper version was published like 
clockwork.... every 3 months.   There has only been 1 or 2 electronic 
versions . The last one being published last August (so far 7-8 months ago) 
Not very consistent and who knows if there will be another one.
