REFLECTOR: Foot Step

I know that some of you have installed or may have plans for a foot 
step.  I noticed that in pre-Elite Velocities one was installed to 
assist boarding of pilots and passengers.  Does anyone have pictures or 
plans for them?
I have thought about one for use by passengers and I would hate to 
reinvent the wheel, or start from scratch, if there are proven designs 
available out there.
