REFLECTOR: Rudder cable connection

Al, 

  I did a similar thing to my internal rudder horn connection.
 My problem was that the holes in the horns were too large for the an3 bolt, 
and an an4 seemed too big for the stock. 
I bought an oilite bushing, slightly drilled out the hole in the rudder arm. 
I cut the bushing so that it was about the same thickness as the rudder horn 
and pressed it into place. That way, If it ever gets sloppy, I can change out 
the bushing. I have an AN-Thin washer on top and bottom of the bushing to make 
sure it stays in place. 

I also used some large bore, but thin washers to maks sure that the pedal 
sleves didnt slop around and dig into the aluminum blocks (mounting blocks on the 
bulkhead). 

Just those small touches.
